Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to expand our market share and drive revenue growth
- Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, leveraging your extensive industry connections and expertise in B2B customers, lighting solutions, and sales and business development
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure our lighting industry offerings align with market demands and customer preferences
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive experience (5-10 years) in a senior sales or marketing role within the lighting industry
