Overview
Senior Manager, AI Engineering leads the operational backbone and technical direction of the AI/GenAI delivery team, combining work-management leadership with hands-on technical leadership in modern AI/ML and GenAI engineering.
What you'll do
- Own Jira hygiene, sprint planning, and estimation accuracy for the AI/GenAI delivery team.
- Run backlog grooming sessions and turn shifting business priorities into a well-groomed, accurately estimated, and predictably delivered roadmap.
- Evaluate AI/ML and GenAI engineering work, including LLM pipelines.
- Provide technical direction for the AI/GenAI delivery team.
