Overview
Senior Manager, Customer Success Engineering will lead Customer Success Engineering for North America, partnering with Sales and driving disciplined execution for retention, expansion, and technical adoption.
What you'll do
- Hire, lead, and develop Customer Success Engineers with clear execution and ownership expectations.
- Partner with North America Sales leadership to prioritize accounts and align CSE capacity to high-impact opportunities.
- Run an operating cadence covering engagement inspection, KPI tracking, risk escalation, blocker resolution, and executive reporting.
- Own capacity allocation and manage proactive portfolio outcomes, including adoption and measurable customer results.
- Partner with Product to convert customer insights into actionable feedback and capture technical blockers and workflow patterns.
- Translate customer engagement into measurable business impact and support expansion readiness.
- Own strategic initiatives and OKRs with execution tracking while evolving operating models and KPIs as the business scales.
What you'll need
- 10+ years of experience in forward deployed engineering, customer success, technical account management, solutions engineering, strategic consulting, or related SaaS customer-facing roles.
- 5+ years leading high-performing post-sales or technical customer teams.
- Experience managing distributed teams across North America.
- Strong operational leadership skills, including building scalable processes and execution frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption, retention, and customer value outcomes in complex enterprise accounts.
- Technical fluency in APIs, developer workflows, integrations, CI/CD systems, and modern software delivery practices.

- Work with North America Sales leadership with a strong focus on East Coast alignment.
- Postman values in-person collaboration with offices in San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Austin, New York City, Tokyo, and London.
- Positions based in Bangalore currently work in the office three days per week and transition to five days per week by the end of the year.
