Senior Manager, Search, Media Delivery and Operations

Overview

Senior Manager responsible for end-to-end execution, optimization, and daily delivery oversight of digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and DV360.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end execution and management of digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and DV360.
• Perform campaign planning, daily performance tracking, and insight-driven reporting.
• Monitor campaign delivery, budgets, and reporting on a daily basis.
• Drive campaign strategy, optimization, and performance against KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and mentor junior team members.
• Conduct quality checks with a focus on delivery accuracy.

What you'll need

• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, DV360, Meta, and Analytics.
• Ability to evaluate and improve performance using digital KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team management skills.

• Work approach: hybrid, with teams in the office around four days a week.
