Overview

Senior Member of Technical Staff - I, Software role focused on software quality assurance for new features and releases, combined with building Agentic AI systems and ML models.

What you'll do

• Participate in the evolution and execution of procedures for ensuring the quality of new features and releases of software products.
• Debug software products through systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards.
• Develop, modify, and execute software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing.
• Analyze and write test standards and procedures.
• Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
• Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend corrective action.
• Consult with development engineers in resolution of problems.
• Provide feedback in preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages, systems, and computation software.
• Design and build Agentic AI systems/applications using SOTA agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent orchestrators).
• Develop robust data extraction and aggregation pipelines and perform advanced data analysis.
• Build, train, and evaluate state-of-the-art AI models, spanning classical ML, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and generative AI (LLM/SLM fine-tuning).
• Architect and implement end-to-end ML pipeline infrastructure for scalable deployment of models.

What you'll need

• Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch, and SQL.
• Solid foundation in Machine Learning (classical methods), Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.
• Excellent knowledge of data science and statistical concepts.
• Proven experience in building ML models using TensorFlow and PyTorch frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise in developing Agentic AI applications using LangGraph, LangChain, or other state-of-the-art agent orchestrator frameworks.
• Educational qualification: B.Tech, M.Tech, or Ph.D. in AI/Data Science/Computer Science.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the above areas.
