Senior Observability Architect | India | Remote

Overview

Senior Observability Architect role providing technical leadership for long-term customer success in observability solution design and adoption.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of Grafana customers.
• Design a customer observability maturity journey and guide customers on that path.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and guidance to drive technology adoption.
• Conduct regular technical reviews and health checks for client success.
• Assist in root cause analysis for issues affecting customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and execute technical roadmaps, including ROI and cost optimization opportunities.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and deliver technical documentation, guides, and tutorials.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical support, technical account management, consulting, SE, or Professional Services role.
• Strong understanding of observability solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet clients (up to 25%).
