Senior PM Digital Analytics Solution Developer

Overview

Senior PM Digital Analytics Solution Developer within the PM Digital Enablement and Analytics Team, supporting the Engineering PM Office (BCXE) at Airbus India. The role is the lead technical builder and data engineer, turning functional specifications into Skywise applications, data pipelines and executive dashboards.

What you'll do

• Design, build and deploy custom applications on the Palantir Skywise platform using Workshop, Slate, Contour and Data Studio.
• Construct, configure and maintain object types, action types and link definitions within the Skywise Manager to represent project entities (schedules, risks, costs, gate milestones).
• Build clean, responsive frontend user interfaces for PMBPs, project leaders and domain heads.
• Write, optimize and maintain data pipelines using Python, PySpark and SQL to clean, transform and aggregate data from systems such as Planisware, SAP ERP and ARM.
• Ensure robust data lineage, data quality validation checks and high query performance across multi-project datasets.
• Integrate Generative AI features (Gemini AI) and prompt engineering scripts to automate meeting summaries, action tracking and predictive delay alerts.
• Develop low-code/no-code integrations and scripts (e.g., Google Apps Script, AppSheet) connecting Google Workspace with Skywise data layers.
• Participate in Agile/SAFe sprint routines, estimate development tasks and execute user stories from the product backlog.
• Conduct unit testing, bug fixing, version control (Git) and CI/CD activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and user guides for deployed applications and pipelines.

What you'll need

• Degree level in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in data analysis and PM dashboarding solution development within engineering, digital or industrial sectors.
• Experience in dashboarding solution industrialisation and rationalisation ensuring data quality.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and web dashboard frameworks.
• Familiarity with enterprise analytics platforms and cloud ecosystems such as Skywise.
• Creative problem-solving attitude with fluent English communication capabilities.
• Palantir Skywise / Foundry accreditation: Big Data & Cloud Engineering certifications.
• Agile & process accreditations.
• Fluent / negotiation level English (mandatory).
