Senior Product Analyst - Finance Technology

Overview

Senior Product Analyst for Finance Technology, focused on NetSuite Record-to-Report (R2R) financial systems and process support at Okta.

What you'll do

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for NetSuite functionality in R2R workflows, configurations, and data integrity.
• Lead or participate in R2R projects across implementations, migrations, process improvements, customizations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close by ensuring reconciliations and general ledger accuracy.
• Partner with finance, IT, and external vendors to resolve NetSuite issues, streamline processes, and deliver user training.
• Monitor audit trails and support audit processes by generating required reports.
• Use GenAI/agentic AI to automate financial reconciliation and improve anomaly detection in R2R.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Over 8 years of technology experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite expertise in R2R, accounting, or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on proficiency in NetSuite customizations including SuiteScript, Workflows, Saved Searches, and Dashboards.
• Experience with key R2R processes including journal entries, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and multi-currency accounting.
