Senior Product Manager, Command Center

Overview

Senior Product Manager for Harvey’s Command Center and internal admin platform, owning product vision and roadmap for enterprise admins who monitor, govern, and manage usage.

What you'll do

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Command Center, including adoption analytics and organizational governance.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive admin experiences for large enterprises.
• Gather insights from enterprise customers, customer success, and sales teams and convert them into product investments.
• Establish and track metrics for platform adoption, admin efficiency, and governance coverage.
• Design dashboards, reporting, and controls to provide actionable visibility to customer administrators and internal leadership.
• Align stakeholders on trade-offs, sequencing, and scope across executive and team levels.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS for large enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with enterprise admin, analytics, and governance (usage reporting, SSO/SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, access controls).
• Technical background or a strong desire to go deep on engineering design and trade-offs.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise environments with security, compliance, and IT stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including using data to drive decisions.
• A track record of end-to-end product shipping from discovery through launch and iteration.

• Compensation range is $177,700–$266,500 USD, depending on location.
