Senior Program Manager, Marketing Operations

Overview

Own the operational engine behind OnePay's marketing ecosystem, running marketing initiatives from roadmap to execution across Marketing, Creative, Design and Product.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end program management of marketing initiatives, translating strategy into executable workstreams with clear owners, timelines, and milestones
• Build scalable processes (intake, briefing frameworks, production timelines, and operating rhythms) that reduce ambiguity and drive consistency
• Serve as the primary operational liaison with stakeholders, proactively maintaining visibility into priorities, calendars, and roadmaps
• Partner with creative and studio teams to ensure briefs are complete and blockers are removed
• Coordinate across agencies, print vendors, and production partners to keep schedules on track

What you'll need

• 8 years of experience in Program Management, Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, or a related field
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional marketing programs from planning through execution
• Deep understanding of marketing workflows, creative production, and physical asset development
• Familiarity with print production processes, merchandising assets, vendor management, and production timelines
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Drive and proactivity
