Senior Program Manager- Technical

Overview

Lead end-to-end technical projects and portfolios for Fractal's clients, from design through release, with delivery oversight and stakeholder management.

What you'll do

• Lead technical projects end-to-end, from design to release, owning the complete delivery.
• Handle a large portfolio and account P&L, or experience handling cross-market global rollouts.
• Provide delivery oversight, including operational parameters.
• Guide the team to design and build cloud solutions on GCP (preferred), AWS or Azure, choosing best-in-class services, tools and methodologies.
• Translate business requirements into technology specifications, architecture design, data modeling, build, release management, DevOps and stakeholder management, including tech/IT teams.
• Implement or execute projects and programs involving one or more programming languages or development platforms such as Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, NodeJS or Go.
• Implement or execute projects and programs involving data engineering tools such as PySpark, Python and ETL processing.
• Execute production support and managed services.
• Build the knowledge base required to deliver increasingly complex technology projects.

What you'll need

• 14-20 years of technology experience (technical project management).
• Delivery management experience.
• Exposure to cloud migration or implementation, preferably GCP.
• Client handling experience.
• Portfolio handling experience.
• Strong techno-consulting exposure.
• Technical program management experience.
• Data and analytics exposure.
• Pre-sales experience.
• Proficiency in data extraction from heterogeneous sources, performing EDA, data integrity and quality checks, applying data cleansing techniques, and transforming data for modeling.
• Experience in one or more Agile and DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, Selenium and SonarQube.
• Hands-on DevOps experience developing and delivering products in a collaborative, agile team environment.
• Ability to work with a global team of consulting professionals across multiple projects.
• Excellent leadership, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Nice to have

• Telco domain experience.
