Overview
Own execution for large, cross-functional technical programs that help Quince scale in existing geographies or launch in new countries, working across product, engineering, business, and legal as a hands-on individual contributor.
What you'll do

- Work directly with engineering and product leads and architects on technical and business trade-offs.
- Drive alignment across US and India teams, including product and business leadership in Pacific time.
- Surface risks early and push for decisions when teams are stuck.
- Communicate status, risk, and asks to senior leadership in clear writing.
- Build the execution mechanisms this team needs as it scales.
What you'll need
- 10-14 years of experience, with the last several as a TPM on product programs that shipped to customers.

- A record of owning launches end to end.
- Technical depth: an engineering background, or experience shaping architecture and design decisions.
- Experience running programs across time zones with US or headquarters stakeholders.
- Strong written communication with senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
