We are hiring a Full Stack Python Developer with strong production-level experience in building scalable, high-performance applications. The candidate should be capable of leading development efforts and delivering result-oriented solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
• Build high-performance backend systems and REST APIs
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces
• Lead and manage a team of developers
• Handle production deployment, monitoring, and optimization
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Required Skills:

• FastAPI / Django (modern usage preferred)
