Senior QA Automation Engineer, Index Distribution

Overview

Senior QA Automation Engineer to design and build the QA automation platform that validates how index data reaches the global financial community, across APIs, cloud data platforms, file-based delivery and AI-native protocols.

What you'll do

• Build and scale a QA automation platform across all distribution channels.
• Own API and contract testing to protect client integrations.
• Automate data quality checks for file and cloud data delivery.
• Run performance and load testing at scale.
• Validate AI-native channels, including MCP and LLM output.
• Create reproducible test environments and synthetic data.
• Embed quality gates in CI/CD and champion shift-left testing across the team.

What you'll need

• 5+ years in QA automation or SDET roles.
• Built test automation frameworks from scratch in TypeScript or Python.
• Strong API, contract, and performance testing experience.
• Solid SQL and data validation skills.
• Testing cloud-native systems on AWS within CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tooling, using it to move faster without compromising quality.
• Clear communicator of quality risks and trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of financial services or capital markets.
