About the Job
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team on a Full-time, OnSite basis. In this role you will lead sales efforts, develop deep customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across assigned territories. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions, manage the sales lifecycle from prospecting to close, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and hands-on execution to consistently meet and exceed targets while mentoring junior sellers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive new business through targeted outreach, including structured cold calling and networking to build a robust pipeline.
- Manage the full sales process from lead qualification and demonstrations to proposal negotiation and deal closure.
- Leverage CRM tools to track opportunities, update pipeline status, and generate accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with prospects while protecting company margins and ensuring long-term value.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to align offerings with customer needs and accelerate time-to-value.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members, promoting best practices in teamwork and collaboration and effective selling techniques.
- Participate in regular sales reviews, contribute to strategy refinement, and implement improvements to processes and messaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales with strong sales skills and consistent achievement of targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions confidently to senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in negotiation and closing complex deals while managing multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and disciplined pipeline management.
- Comfortable with proactive outreach methods including cold calling and personalized prospecting.
- Strong focus on client satisfaction, relationship building, and long-term account growth.
- Collaborative team player who values teamwork and collaboration and can also work independently to drive results.
- Ability to coach peers, influence across functions, and contribute to continuous improvement of the sales organization.
