Position - Senior Sales Manager - Agro Commodities


Location - Mumbai and Chennai

Ltd. is a leading trading company engaged in the procurement and distribution of Rice, Maize, and Malt to distilleries and industrial clients across India and global markets. With expanding operations, the company aims to strengthen its footprint in trading and export activities through strategic leadership and market development.


Role Overview:

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s sales, trading, and business development initiatives for agro commodities. The role requires strategic planning, client acquisition, and market expansion to achieve sustainable growth in domestic and international markets.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage nationwide and global trading operations for rice, maize, and malt.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distilleries, traders, and institutional buyers.

Procure orders from distilleries/cattlefeeds/Ethanol and breweries

Identify potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close long-term deals.

Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams for seamless order execution.

Conduct market research to assess demand trends and competitor activity.

Represent the company at trade fairs, buyer meetings, and industry events.

Sales Manager will be responsible for overall sales strategy of agro commodities to ethanol manufacturing industries and distilleries in PAN India


Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Commerce, or related field with 10–15 years of sales/trading experience in FMCG or agro commodities. Must possess excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven record of achieving sales targets and willingness to travel extensively.
