Senior Salesforce Administrator

Overview

Senior Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) Administrator managing and supporting Salesforce CRM and Pardot (Account Engagement) for a global user base.

What you'll do

• Provide L2 support for Salesforce CRM and Pardot platforms.
• Administer users and licenses, including setup, deactivation, roles/profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, and Pardot access.
• Handle data migrations, data loading requests, and marketing data management.
• Support integrations between Salesforce, Pardot, and external/downstream systems.
• Configure and maintain Pardot assets such as Engagement Studio programs, automation rules, lists, actions, forms, landing pages, and email templates.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce-Pardot sync issues and support lead lifecycle management.
• Execute Salesforce configuration changes and support campaign execution, lead nurturing, scoring/grading, and reporting.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Certified Salesforce Administrator.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows and automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with Engagement Studio, Automation Rules, Dynamic Lists, and Completion Actions.
• Knowledge of lead lifecycle and marketing automation best practices.
• Experience troubleshooting Salesforce-Pardot integration/sync issues.
