Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Overview

Senior Salesforce Business Analyst responsible for delivering Salesforce CRM enhancements and owning solutions, while also providing production support and incident management.

What you'll do

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define business needs and recommend CRM solutions.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce CRM enhancement projects from inception through implementation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions with Product Managers, Business Leaders, Architects, and Development teams.
• Own user stories, functional requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation.
• Coordinate project activities including timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery deliverables.
• Provide advanced Salesforce CRM production support, including incident management within established SLAs.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM, systems analysis, business analysis, or application support roles.
• Strong experience leading requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and project delivery.
• Proven experience managing CRM enhancement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Experience coordinating UAT, testing activities, and production releases.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, backlog management, and user story creation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.

• Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
• Work schedule includes in-office collaboration with at least three days per week in office and flexibility to work from home two days per week.
