Overview
Senior ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, or modify custom ServiceNow applications, scripts, widgets, and services.
- Analyze functionality for implementation, enhancement, or removal.
- Participate across the development lifecycle and support integrations with third-party software.
- Develop portal and mobile-friendly web experience components using HTML, CSS, and scripting.
- Configure platform capabilities including workflows, dashboards, AI Search, Now Assist, and data imports.
- Conduct testing, identify bugs, and fix issues across development stages.
What you'll need
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (or advanced degree plus relevant experience).
- Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX, with experience in web application development and ServiceNow platform functionalities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration.
