Senior Software Engineer- AI

Overview

Senior AI Engineer responsible for building intelligent products and scalable platforms for Tesco Media. The role applies AI, data, measurement and automation to improve campaign effectiveness and user experiences.

What you'll do

• Build and deploy AI-powered applications and services.
• Translate business challenges into technical solutions with engineering, product and data teams.
• Develop scalable APIs and data pipelines.
• Build platform capabilities for machine learning and intelligent automation.
• Apply testing, code reviews and CI/CD practices.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and AI platform direction.

What you'll need

• 5+ years developing and delivering production-grade software.
• Experience working in a modern cloud-based environment.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning or generative AI concepts.
• Experience applying AI concepts to products.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams.
