What you'll do

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.
• Contribute to large-scale strategy planning.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs, including upgrades and deployments.
• Review moderately complex technical challenges and evaluate technologies and procedures.
• Resolve issues and lead a team to meet client needs, leveraging function/policy/procedure/compliance understanding.
• Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.
• Lead projects and serve as an escalation point to guide less experienced staff.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of software engineering experience (or equivalent via work experience, training, military experience, or education).
• Strong experience with .Net, React, SQL Server, and Kafka.
• Experience developing applications for cloud infrastructure.
• Exposure to Agile Scrum; expert in JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with functional/user acceptance testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working with global teams.
