Overview

Sr Analyst I, Software Engineering to support software development, including complex/critical components, design/code reviews, and production issue troubleshooting.

What you'll do

• Write, test, and debug code for complex and critical software components.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project requirements via design and code reviews.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical expertise to the team.
• Research and propose solutions for complex technical challenges.
• Define software requirements and specifications.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues with operations and support teams.
• Assess and adopt new technologies and best practices.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent education/experience.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant industry work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies.
• Strong programming and debugging skills.
• Strong problem-solving and team collaboration/communication abilities.
• Willingness to take ownership of complex technical challenges.
