Senior Software Specialist focused on windchill development for the PTC Navigate platform.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and test software components for the PTC Navigate platform.
- Implement new features and improvements using Java, J2EE, and web technologies.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
- Develop and execute test plans, resolve defects, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Optimize performance by identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support for customer issues.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and manage release deliverables using SDLC standards.
What you'll need
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and other web service technologies.
- Familiarity with relational databases like Oracle or MS SQL Server.
- Comfort with both server-side and client-side technologies.
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging complex technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
