Senior Software Engineer - Backend

Overview

Senior Backend Software Developer role building a product that helps retailers transform their Retail Media business to achieve maximum ad revenue and enable massive scale.

What you'll do

• Contribute to the design, development and delivery of high-quality software solutions as part of a collaborative engineering team.
• Develop and deliver scalable software applications in a modern engineering environment.
• Develop RESTful APIs.
• Drive code quality, ensuring adherence to best practices, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Implement cloud-native best practices for scalability, security, and resilience on cloud platforms.
• Focus on non-functional requirements such as performance tuning, observability (monitoring/logging/alerting), and security best practices.
• Implement unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, focusing on performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform or Azure).
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm).
• Proficiency in CI/CD automation, with experience in GitOps workflows and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Helm, or similar).
• Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps best practices.
