Overview
Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) for Snowflake’s Customer Experience Engineering team, building intelligent data applications and AI-powered features in the AI Data Cloud.
What you’ll do
- Implement projects across React, TypeScript, Nginx, Node.js, Java, and SQL.
- Collaborate with product management and design to define product vision and team planning.
- Deliver end-to-end features with partner teams using instrumentation and coordination.
- Design, build, and contribute to AI-powered features and diagnostic tools.
- Use AI tools via a personal workflow framework to accelerate development when appropriate.
- Own code quality by catching and debugging AI-assisted tool errors before production.
- Set engineering norms, guides, and review policies for AI-assisted development.
What you’ll need
- 4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- B.E. or M.E. in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, or equivalent discipline.
- Deep expertise in at least one of the stack areas: React, TypeScript, Java, or SQL.
- Proficiency in a second area of the stack to build seamless UI-to-backend features.
- Experience designing or contributing to AI-powered features or LLM-integrated user experiences.
- Practical fluency with AI-assisted development tools and a framework for tool selection and risk mitigation.
- Strong software engineering practices including unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, and telemetry instrumentation.
