What you'll do

• Design and deliver solutions across the Network Ops Intelligence applications landscape from planning to analytics-driven AIOps.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and assurance of network services via workflows and systems.
• Build scalable internal tooling for network inventory, monitoring, telemetry collection, event correlation, and intent-based management.
• Use GenAI to augment monitoring and assurance with alert summarization, root cause inference, and change impact prediction.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Network SMEs, and Engineers to gather requirements and identify AI opportunities in telemetry analysis and operational summarization.
• Architect and deploy agent-based systems integrating with network management and decision-support systems.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
• Advanced Python proficiency for platform development and production LLM-powered systems.
• Backend development experience using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience designing and developing secure, high-performance RESTful APIs with authentication mechanisms.
• In-depth experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite) and ORM frameworks (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM).
• Experience building LLM applications using APIs and open-weight/self-hosted models.
