Senior Solution Architect

Overview

Design and communicate technology solutions with architectural significance that deliver key outcomes or epics, meeting quality, resilience and technical objectives. Contribute to the solution architecture forward look while helping shape the People Experience Platform.

What you'll do

• Define and document solution designs, integration needs and architectural decisions.
• Establish a baseline for building, implementing and running effective technology applications.
• Apply architectural standards and patterns while enabling frequent, incremental improvements to deliver value.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with third-party suppliers and internal teams, aligning technical and non-technical audiences.
• Explore and evaluate AI-driven opportunities and identify use cases that enhance colleague experience.
• Engage with security consultants to review designs and ensure resilience and compliance.
• Analyse and articulate issues, dependencies and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Contribute to technical design risks and drive them through to resolution.
• Assess software and infrastructure risks and recommend remediation options.
• Conduct research and trend analysis to inform architectural choices and shape strategic direction.
• Own and manage design governance, including reviewing it with Enterprise Architects.
• Present in architecture forums to obtain feedback and/or approvals.

What you'll need

• 8 to 12 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for collaboration and delivery tracking.
• Practical experience with major cloud platforms, including GCP and Azure, to design scalable solutions.
• Ability to create and discuss solution designs with engineers and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability, or readiness, to introduce AI capabilities into enterprise solutions while balancing innovation with compliance and security.
• Ability to analyse and clearly articulate issues, dependencies and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ability to contribute to technical design risks and drive them through to resolution.
• Ability to assess software and infrastructure risks and recommend remediation options.
• Ability to conduct research and trend analysis to inform architectural choices and shape strategic direction.
• Ability to own and manage design governance, review it with Enterprise Architects, and present in architecture forums for feedback and/or approvals.

Details

• Location: Hyderabad.
• Hybrid working.
• Work at one of the office sites at least two days per week, or 40% of the time.
