Senior Solution Architect

Overview

Senior Solution Architect responsible for designing and implementing software solutions, translating client requirements, and guiding cross-functional teams on technical delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead scoping and discovery sessions with sales and client teams.
• Architect client solutions and provide best-practice recommendations.
• Create Statements of Work covering requirements, deliverables, schedules, tasks, and pricing.
• Partner with product, implementation, sales, and engineering teams to resolve issues and close gaps.
• Identify product gaps and help prioritize features for the roadmap.
• Translate client requirements and program characteristics for internal stakeholders.
• Improve department methodologies, tools, processes, and technical solutions.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting, or 5 years of IT project management experience in a SaaS business.
• Experience with CX, CCaaS, and/or UCaaS solutions.
• Experience managing and delivering IT projects for enterprise companies.
• Familiarity with Web Services, including REST, SOAP, and WSDL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to people with varied backgrounds and skill levels.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Software implementation or coding experience.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience.

Details

• Remote work arrangement.
• OTE pay range: $136,000–$204,000 annually.
