What you'll do
- Build, configure, and customize capabilities within Data Science platforms (Domino Data Lab, Dataiku, Posit Connect/Workbench, and SAS) based on customer needs, including platform upgrades, modernization, and managing integrations (e.g., storage integrations, AI assistants).
- Implement and maintain platform automation using Terraform, Ansible, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for deployments on AWS infrastructure.
- Work hands-on within a multicultural agile team, participating in sprints, managing work via JIRA, and collaborating with Product Managers and Architects to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Monitor platforms, troubleshoot complex issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to ensure enterprise-grade reliability, robustness, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Update and maintain accurate SDLC documentation for all deployments, ensuring configurations and processes meet strict organizational and industry compliance standards (e.g., GxP).
- Develop technical documentation, provide expert support to internal stakeholders, and enable new AI and ML capabilities within agreed timelines.
