Overview

Senior Staff Software Development Engineer on the Client Connector team, owning service-layer components and improving the stability, performance, and maintainability of the Client Connector Agent.

What you'll do

Design and implement features across the CCA service, user-mode UI, and supporting subsystems.
Diagnose and fix production issues involving crashes, race conditions, lifetime bugs, and synchronization.
Improve Windows service reliability, including shutdown, cleanup, and inter-process communication.
Develop VDI-specific flows for tunnel traffic accounting and session lifecycle.
Review peer code and improve engineering quality.
Mentor engineers in Windows systems programming.

What you'll need

8+ years of production software engineering experience.
Strong C++14/17 experience.
Understanding of Windows services, user sessions, security tokens, IPC, and process/thread lifetime.
Experience debugging multithreaded C++ issues including races, deadlocks, iterator invalidation, and use-after-free.
Experience shipping and maintaining an enterprise desktop or endpoint product.
Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.

Nice to have

Experience with AIOps, AI-driven predictive scaling, or automated anomaly detection.
Familiarity with WinDbg, ETW, Process Monitor, and crash dump analysis.
Networking, VPN, ZTNA, or secure tunneling experience.
