Senior Systems Operations Engineer

Overview

Senior Systems Operations Engineer to lead or participate in managing installed systems and infrastructure for the Systems Operations functional area.

What you'll do

• Lead or participate in managing installed systems and infrastructure.
• Increase system efficiencies and reduce human intervention time on tasks.
• Review and analyze operational support systems, application software, and management tools to ensure availability.
• Work with vendors and technical personnel for problem resolution.
• Lead teams to meet technical deliverables using technical process controls or standards.
• Handle complex incidents, outages, and service degradation while minimizing business impact.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience (or equivalent).
• 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise-scale application and infrastructure platforms.
• Experience managing high-severity incidents, problem management, and operational escalations.
• Experience implementing automation and process improvement initiatives in enterprise operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to manage complex issues across technology domains.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune.
