• Drive interview coordination, candidate management, and closing processes.
• Improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
• Build pipelines for backend, mobile, desktop, and product engineering talent.

What you'll need

• Proven experience recruiting software engineering talent in technology companies.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping capability across global markets.
• Understanding of engineering roles, technical stacks, and organizational structures.
• Ability to identify high-quality talent beyond pedigree and company brands.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement ability.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
