Overview

Service Delivery Manager for Record to Report (R2R) operations within Finance and Accounting, responsible for end-to-end R2R delivery, close processes and the team that runs them.

What you'll do

• Oversee end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and ensure alignment with global finance policies.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization across R2R operations.
• Lead and mentor the R2R team, ensuring performance management and capability development.
• Ensure readiness for internal and external audits by maintaining robust documentation and controls.

What you'll need

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Masters degree in Finance.
• Required skills: Accounting, Banking Capital Markets, Oracle ERP Applications, Performance Testing, Process Standardization, SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
• Language: English, Proficient (C2).
