Service Technician

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair RO and water treatment systems for our customers across Bangalore. You'll be the trusted expert who keeps our clients' water systems running smoothly, handling everything from routine servicing to complex troubleshooting.

What you'll do

• Install and commission RO and water treatment units at customer locations, ensuring proper setup and functionality
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on water purification systems in the field
• Use drill machines and hand tools to mount equipment, create installations, and perform modifications as needed
• Diagnose system faults and replace faulty components (filters, membranes, valves, pumps) with minimal downtime
• Provide basic customer guidance on system usage and maintenance schedules

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience with RO systems and water treatment products (minimum 1–2 years in field service or installation)
• Valid driving license (DL) and own bike — essential for daily site visits across Bangalore
• Proficiency with drill machines and power tools for installation work
• Ability to communicate in basic English and understand technical instructions
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to customer locations

Nice to have

• Plumbing knowledge (pipe fitting, water line connections, leak detection)
• Experience with water quality testing or water system diagnostics
• Familiarity with electrical connections for pump and control systems
