Site Engineer

About the role

We're looking for a Site Engineer to oversee residential building projects across Bangalore and Mysore. You'll manage on-site operations, coordinate labour and materials, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget—ideal for freshers eager to grow or experienced professionals seeking a new opportunity.

What you'll do

• Read and interpret construction drawings to guide site execution and quality standards
• Manage labour coordination and material logistics to keep projects moving efficiently
• Conduct material estimation and track inventory to minimize waste and control costs
• Perform site inspections and daily rounds to monitor progress and enforce safety protocols
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project management to resolve on-site issues quickly

What we're looking for

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately
• Hands-on experience or strong understanding of labour and material management
• Own a bike for daily site mobility and inter-location travel in Bangalore or Mysore
• Willingness to learn and adapt—freshers with relevant coursework or experienced engineers both welcome

Nice to have

• Prior experience on residential construction projects
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Familiarity with construction management software or tools
