Software Developer (UI/UX)

Overview

Design and evolve user experiences and interfaces for Metrologic DCS products, including MLM Platform, Metrolog Suite, and 3DCS. Translate complex manufacturing, inspection, quality, metrology, and engineering workflows into intuitive software experiences.

What you'll do

• Lead UX definition and evolution for the MLM platform and existing product workflows.
• Design user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models.
• Analyze industrial customer workflows and simplify complex processes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer feedback sessions.
• Create scalable UI concepts, reusable components, mock-ups, and UI specifications.
• Align navigation, terminology, and interaction patterns across the Metrolog Suite.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, application, and customer teams.

What you'll need

• 5–11 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
• Technical knowledge of Figma and current UI/UX creation tools.
• Experience designing workflows and interfaces for complex B2B or industrial software.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX processes, workflow optimization, and UI design.
• Understanding of usability, interaction, and responsive design principles.
• Fluent English and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
