Software Engineer

Overview

Software Engineer supporting contact center technology, including telephony and IVR scripting, digital chat, API integrations, Salesforce integrations, and internal applications.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain NICE IVR and digital chat scripts.
• Build and troubleshoot JSON and REST API integrations.
• Support React and DynamoDB development for the CSR portal.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL and NoSQL queries across multiple systems.
• Support client implementations, telephony scripts, and Open Enrollment updates.
• Collaborate with Telephony, Development, Salesforce, and WFM teams.
• Participate in Git-based workflows and Agile ceremonies.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in software development, telephony/IVR scripting, contact center technology, or a related technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with JavaScript or similar scripting languages.
• Working knowledge of JSON and RESTful API calls.
• Exposure to React and DynamoDB.
• Basic SQL and exposure to NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Git version control.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Cresta and its Salesforce and NICE integrations.
• Exposure to NICE ProactiveXS.
• Prior exposure to IVR, ACD, or digital chat platforms.
• Experience with benefits administration.
