Overview
Software Engineer to lead design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions across cloud-native and on-premises architectures, including AI-enabled applications.
What you'll do
- Develop software with a focus on simplification, UX, secure coding, and user privacy.
- Lead delivery of high-quality design for features and deliverables.
- Lead or contribute to medium-to-complex projects from technical design through completion.
- Develop and maintain AI-enabled applications using AI tools, frameworks, and agents.
- Drive adoption of generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents within software projects.
- Use AI-enhanced development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development.
What you'll need
- Have a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years, or a master’s degree with 4+ years, or a PhD with 1+ year.
- Proficiency in Python and Node.js.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks, generative AI, and large language models.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure components and AI agent frameworks.
Nice to have
- Experience leading complex software projects and mentoring teams.
- Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible AI use, and AI governance principles.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI model customization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform), and network automation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams.
