- Deliver features end-to-end from requirements through production with Product, Design, and engineers.

- Identify blockers early, fix them, and improve team workflows, tooling, and processes.
- Contribute via code reviews, knowledge sharing, clear communication, and technical decisions.
What you'll need
- Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience writing production code in at least one language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or C++).
- Minimum 2 years developing or integrating RESTful APIs with CRUD, HTTP methods, status codes, request validation, and error handling.
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms for easy-to-medium problems and basic time/space complexity (e.g., O(n), O(n²), O(log n)).
- Minimum 1 year writing unit tests for happy and error paths, using Git workflows (branching, PRs, code reviews, merge conflict resolution).
- SQL query writing experience (SELECT, JOIN) with basic CRUD on relational or NoSQL databases.
- Secure coding practices including input validation, no hardcoded secrets, awareness of SQL injection risks, and ability to debug using stack traces and logs.
Nice to have

- Familiarity with design patterns such as Repository, Factory, and Strategy, and scalability concepts (caching, stateless APIs, pagination, scaling).
- Experience using logs/metrics for troubleshooting and basic performance analysis (latency vs throughput).
- Daily use of AI/agentic tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) with consistent review of AI-generated code before shipping.
