Software Engineer - II

Overview

The Software Engineer II will design, develop, test, and enhance web-based applications in an Agile environment, translating functional requirements into system requirements.

What you'll do

• Contribute across the full lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Translate functional and business requirements into technical and system requirements.
• Create basic project plans for small projects and development initiatives.
• Own assigned modules and independently develop features.
• Participate in code reviews and improve team processes and work items.
• Design and maintain database objects and support performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues within assigned scope.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with C# (.NET Core/.NET Framework) and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of NestJS and Node.js.
• Experience with React.js or Angular.
• Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, EKS, API Gateway, SQS, IAM, VPC) as preferred.
• Database experience with MS SQL Server/PostgreSQL and/or DynamoDB/DocumentDB.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
