Software Engineer III – Dot Net and Angular Developer

Overview

Senior individual contributor role for a Software Engineer Level 3 to design and deliver complex features with strong ownership, mentor junior engineers, and use AI tools to improve productivity and solution quality.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end development of medium to large features or modules.
• Design components, APIs, workflows, and reusable utilities.
• Write high-quality, secure, scalable, and well-tested code.
• Perform in-depth debugging, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 engineers through code reviews and guidance.
• Participate actively in Agile processes including estimation, refinement, and sprint planning.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment readiness, and environment stability.
• Use AI tools for design improvements, code generation, test automation, documentation, and solution analysis.

What you'll need

• 7 to 13 years of experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, Angular, REST APIs, microservices basics, and database design.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, and query optimization.
• Good understanding of design patterns, modular architecture principles, and integration patterns.
• Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in writing and reviewing unit tests, API tests, and performance tests.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring ability.
• Skilled in using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI) for coding, design suggestions, and documentation.
• Ability to validate AI-generated output and incorporate it responsibly in development.
• Understanding of AI-assisted development practices.

Nice to have

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), containerization, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in performance optimization and building reusable frameworks/utilities.
