Software Engineer In Test - Python/APIM

Overview

Software Engineer in Test (Python/APIM) responsible for end-to-end test automation for major digital initiatives across multiple regions.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain a test automation framework with new capabilities and improved maintainability.
• Design, develop, and maintain reusable test automation scripts across UI, API, and database layers.
• Collaborate on test strategy and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Run automated tests, analyze results, troubleshoot failures, and escalate issues when needed.
• Investigate test failures to find root causes and provide fixes or workarounds.
• Collaborate with teams and mentor junior members on automation best practices and tool usage.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience testing e-commerce order fulfillment, with a main focus on SAP Commerce (ccv2).
• Hands-on experience testing/developing for APIM.
• Proven experience building a test framework and developing applications using Git.
• Solid API automation testing experience and ability to set up CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (or similar).
• Great experience with Docker (or similar).
• Experience working in Agile and as an independent contributor driving assigned tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
