Overview

Develop and maintain Cisco Identity Services Engine platform features and software for the Cisco Access Manager cloud platform.

What you'll do

• Develop and enhance ISE platform features on Cisco UCS hardware and Linux.
• Develop software for the Cisco Access Manager cloud platform.
• Debug and resolve platform and customer issues.
• Lead projects through delegation, review, and delivery.
• Write clean code and unit tests independently.
• Test, review, and monitor code and production systems.
• Mentor junior engineers through reviews, documentation, and guidance.

What you'll need

• 7–10 years of experience, or equivalent experience based on a bachelor's, master's, or PhD qualification.
• Hands-on experience with Java applications.
• Experience with Golang development.
• Experience with cloud applications, primarily AWS.
• Knowledge of Python for automation.
• Working knowledge of microservices architecture and Kubernetes.
• Conceptual and practical knowledge of application development.

Nice to have

• Networking knowledge related to security or network management.
