What you'll do

• Influence technical decisions and optimize system designs.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to streamline development.
• Take ownership of projects and adapt to evolving challenges.
• Lead small-to-medium features from technical design through completion.
• Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process under minimal supervision.
• Advocate for new features that address customer needs.
• Track metrics for product adoption and success.
• Coach others as needed on the software development lifecycle and agile engineering practices.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree (2 to 4 years experience) or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (0 years of experience).
• Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Proficiency in Java or Python or Golang or C/C++.
• Ability to think critically about application scalability and cloud environments.
• Ability to architect and design distributed systems.
• Ability to use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and automate testing.
