What you'll do

• Own production issues on a live banking platform, end to end.
• Find the root cause of incidents in the code, the data, or the infrastructure.
• Fix production issues or work with senior engineers to ship the fix.
• Work across payments, lending, deposits, the core ledger, and the services that connect them.
• Use AI tools every day to diagnose issues, trace problems across services, and draft fixes.
• Help build automation that takes over routine support work.
• Help design a support function that runs itself.
