Overview
Software Engineer for the Warehouse Edge team, working on a multi-tenant warehouse management platform for end-to-end goods lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain features across server-side business logic and related components.
- Deliver and own enhancements and defect resolution for features with your squad.
- Work with OData/REST APIs, mobile application, database components, and legacy integrations.
- Improve product architecture by understanding Warehouse Edge architecture and code-generation system.
- Ensure code quality via engineering practices, solution reviews, and documentation.
- Identify gaps to improve scalability, maintainability, productivity, and development approaches.
- Mentor less-experienced developers and collaborate across Agile delivery stakeholders.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of professional C# and .NET development experience.
- Strong knowledge of .NET Framework 4.8 and delivery of commercial software.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, complex queries).
- Experience building and supporting OData/REST APIs and working with Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Experience with Agile teams and using Azure DevOps with Git branching and pull-request workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience) plus strong English communication.
Nice to have
- Preferred experience with warehouse management/logistics or supply chain software processes.
- Experience with legacy scripting languages, dependency injection, repository/unit-of-work patterns, or feature toggles.
- Experience with mobile/handheld RF solutions or offline-capable HTML5/PWA, including barcode/label printing and SSRS reporting.
- Experience with CI/CD automation, cloud/SaaS in Azure or AWS, and use of AI-assisted development tools.
