Software Leader-DXR

Overview

Software Leader for DXR, responsible for leading end-to-end Software R&D and driving strategy, development, and delivery of DXR products and AI-enabled solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead global software engineering teams across front-end, back-end, platform, and systems development.
• Own end-to-end software delivery and enable timely releases while maintaining quality, reliability, and compliance.
• Drive transformation toward Software Defined Systems with common platforms and reusable capabilities.
• Define and execute AI vision, strategy, and technical foundation for R&D.
• Establish and maintain software technology, architecture, and competency roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Champion engineering excellence using Agile, Lean, DevOps, automation, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and R&D.
• Significant experience leading large, globally distributed software organizations in complex product environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline (Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering).
• Demonstrated success transforming software organizations using modern engineering practices and automation.
• Strong understanding of software engineering landscape, leveraging AI, automation, DevOps, and data-driven practices.
• Experience driving platform-based software development with modular, reusable, scalable architectures.

Details

• Location: Bangalore.
• This role is office-based, with in-person work in the office at least 3 days per week.
