In this role, you will be responsible for training and educating our clients and internal teams on the effective use of our software solutions. Your expertise in full-stack development, Java, and front-end development will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive training programs that empower our users to maximize the potential of our products.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions on our software products and technologies
• Provide hands-on training and support to ensure our clients and internal teams can effectively utilize our software solutions
• Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, tutorials, and online resources
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to stay up-to-date with the latest product features and updates
• Gather feedback from trainees and continuously improve the training program
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new hires within the organization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in full-stack development, including experience with Java and front-end development
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address training needs
• Experience in developing and delivering effective training programs, preferably in a software or technology-related field
• Adaptability and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry
