Overview

Solution Architect focused on business process transformation using applied AI. You’ll lead work from process discovery and solution design through production deployment and measurable adoption.

What you'll do

Partner with business and functional leaders to understand work flows and decision points for AI leverage.
Design target-state operating models including human-AI handoff points, governance, and success metrics.
Build production AI solutions including agents, orchestrations, RAG workflows, and integrations.
Take solutions from prototype to production covering access management, evaluation, observability, and cost governance.
Drive measurable adoption of deployed solutions.
Codify reusable AI patterns and playbooks based on staying current in the AI landscape.

What you'll need

Have a track record designing transformed workflows with senior stakeholder buy-in against business KPIs.
Have hands-on experience building production LLM or agentic systems including RAG, tool use, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
Have strong engineering fundamentals including Python, APIs, data modeling, and cloud.
Have deep, current fluency across the AI ecosystem, with an honest view of what is and isn’t working.
