Enterprise Solution Architect - AI & Automation

Overview

Enterprise Solution Architect for AI & Automation, responsible for defining Flutter’s AI/automation architecture standards, patterns, and guardrails across the enterprise.

What you'll do

• Define and maintain the AI & Automation domain architecture aligned to enterprise principles and technology strategy.
• Design the target-state ecosystem for scalable, reusable, compliant solutions including responsible AI standards (EU AI Act).
• Bridge business strategy into technology roadmaps embedding automation, AI-assisted decisioning, and GenAI use cases.
• Own end-to-end architectural design for AI and automation across enterprise systems, data platforms, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Data, Security, and Enterprise IT on model lifecycle management, data governance, and compliant AI access.
• Provide design leadership and architectural oversight for AI-enabled initiatives across teams.

What you'll need

• 8–10 years in solution or enterprise architecture roles with increasing seniority in complex/global organizations.
• 3–5 years hands-on with AI/ML and automation technologies (agentic frameworks, LLM-based solutions, cloud AI services).
• 2–3 years experience in roles requiring governance, compliance, or responsible AI practices.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or CrewAI (or equivalent).
• Experience with AWS AI/ML services including Bedrock (Agent Core), SageMaker, Comprehend, and Lex.
• Strong AWS cloud fundamentals and knowledge of integration/automation platforms (iPaaS, RPA, API-led/event-driven architectures).
• Experience with EU AI Act compliance and model lifecycle management.
